Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your macaron box for any signs of transit damage or temperature-related issues.
Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the affected macarons to help our quality control team process your claim.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the product issues.
Receive Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement shipment or a digital gift card for the full value of the damaged items.
